Terms & Conditions

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing and approved by the Seller before the transaction. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the sale is complete, except as explicitly agreed upon in writing.

The equipment sold by Seller is thoroughly tested to ensure it is in good working condition unless marked as “as is” or “for parts only” on the invoice.

Equipment labeled “as is” or “for parts only” is sold in its current state without any warranties, express or implied. Seller makes no guarantees regarding the functionality or performance of such equipment.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the equipment for their intended purpose. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring the equipment meets any specific needs.

In the event of a defect covered by warranty, Seller’s sole obligation is to repair or replace the equipment, at Seller’s discretion. Seller shall not be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

Buyer assumes responsibility for all import documentation, fees, and any applicable taxes. The seller ensures that the equipment is packaged according to international shipping standards.

This Agreement represents the full understanding between Seller and Buyer regarding the sale and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

By submitting payment for the equipment, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
